An initial 30-minute consultation to define your objectives, audience, and constraints. We assess fit honestly, and refer you elsewhere if our services are not right for the project.

Direction

Within one week of engagement, you receive a moodboard, sitemap, and a single recommended visual direction — chosen rather than presented as competing options, to enable focused feedback.

Build

Design and development proceed in parallel, with progress visible on a private staging URL throughout. Revisions are documented in writing for clarity and accountability.

Launch

Final launch includes SEO verification, GDPR sign-off, and analytics configuration. From day one, your site is hosted, monitored, and maintained on your monthly plan. Minor changes are turned around within your support window — at no extra cost.

Common questions.

Why a subscription instead of a one-time payment?
A website is never finished. It needs hosting, security patches, content updates, GDPR maintenance, and design tweaks as your business evolves. Most one-time-build agencies disappear after launch, leaving you with a site that quietly decays. A monthly plan keeps your site live, secure, and improving — for less than the cost of a few coffees a week, and with no upfront investment.
How does the 14-day delivery guarantee work?
Every plan ships within 14 business days of receiving your content, brand assets, and the signed agreement. If we miss it for reasons within our control, your first month of service is free. Delays caused by waiting on you (content, feedback, approvals) pause the clock — fair to both sides.
What happens if I cancel?
During your initial commitment period (2, 3, 6, or 12 months) the plan is non-cancellable. After your initial commitment ends, the plan continues month-to-month at the 6-month rate. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice, no questions asked. If you cancel without buying out, the website is taken offline at the end of the notice period.
Can I own my website outright?
Yes. After your initial commitment ends, you can buy out at any time. The buyout fee is 12× your monthly rate (€828 for Lite, €1,428 for Pro, €2,388 for Plus). On payment, we hand over the full code, assets, and access. Hosting and ongoing changes stop at that point — future changes are quoted per request, typically €99–€399.
What counts as a "minor change"?
Copy edits, image swaps, contact-information updates, opening-hours changes, small layout tweaks, adding a testimonial — anything we can do in roughly an hour or less. Most minor changes are turned around within your plan's support response window. Major work — new pages, redesigns, new features, custom integrations — is quoted separately.
What if I need a major change?
We scope and quote it. New sections, redesigns, or new features that fall outside "minor changes" are billed as a separate engagement, typically €99–€399 for self-contained work and quoted on request for larger projects. Plus plan clients get one major change per quarter included.
What's included in hosting?
Production hosting on managed infrastructure, free SSL certificates renewed automatically, daily backups (kept 30 days), uptime monitoring with alerts, security patches, and CDN-served assets for fast global load times. You don't manage servers, certificates, or backups — we do.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate applies from the next billing cycle, with the new commitment counting from that date. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current commitment, or after a 30-day notice if you're already month-to-month.
Is the domain included?
No. Domain registration is handled separately, typically €10–€20/year directly with a registrar like Namecheap or Cloudflare. We're happy to help you choose and register one. Keeping your domain in your own account means it always belongs to you.
Do you build e-commerce or web apps?
E-commerce is included on Plus and available as an add-on for Pro. We work with Shopify, headless commerce, and custom integrations. Web apps with custom backends, dashboards, or third-party API integrations live on the Plus plan or as bespoke quotes.
